The Savills Group is seeking a highly skilled Residential Leasing and Marketing Manager to join their team in Riyadh. As a key member of the company's sales and management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive occupancy rates in our residential compounds.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in residential property leasing, with a proven track record of success in C2C and B2B environments. You will be required to create and execute comprehensive marketing plans, conceptualize and host engaging events, and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute dynamic marketing strategies to increase occupancy rates in residential compounds.
  • Cold call and target agreed companies to secure new business opportunities.
  • Negotiate B2B contracts, screen and qualify potential tenants, and conduct site viewings.
  • Manage the leasing function, including leading staff within the department and maintaining a working knowledge of the property/compound market in Saudi Arabia.
  • Portray compound amenities positively, use various methods to advertise, and generate leads to maintain maximum occupancy through social media management.

Events Management:

  • Plan and coordinate annual events, including vendor coordination and event setup.
  • Manage registration and check-in processes via an application.
  • Coordinate logistics with the wider team, assist with event marketing and promotion, and maintain event schedules.
  • Provide on-site support during events, collect feedback, and conduct post-event evaluations.

Customer Service/Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Work closely with the leasing officer to shape the customer experience approach for residential occupiers.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with residents, encourage frequent communication, and share relevant leasing information.
  • Engage with the Savills property team to stay up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Maintain a professional relationship with the site team across the compound, encouraging open communication and sharing leasing and marketing information.

Force For Good:

  • Promote and implement ESG initiatives across the compound, driving policy adoption and adherence.
  • Contribute to and suggest ESG initiatives, staying aware of new opportunities to improve performance.
  • Raise awareness among occupiers about ESG work on the compound and promote initiatives where possible.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in residential property leasing.
  • Proven track record of success in C2C and B2B environments.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Interest in sustainability and ESG initiatives.
