Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with senior leadership to identify hiring needs and develop a comprehensive recruitment plan.
  • End-to-End Recruitment: Design and execute tailored recruitment strategies for diverse roles across various teams, managing the full-cycle recruiting process from candidate sourcing and screening to interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding.
  • Talent Attraction & Employer Branding: Develop and promote our employer brand to attract high-quality candidates, leveraging innovative recruitment channels and partnerships to build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Process Improvement & Compliance: Establish and refine recruitment policies, procedures, and metrics to ensure efficiency and compliance with legal requirements, utilizing data-driven insights to continuously optimize the hiring process.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated success in recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong project management abilities with a track record of managing multiple recruitment initiatives simultaneously.
  • In-depth knowledge of modern recruitment practices, employer branding, and talent management strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
