We are seeking a Business Development & Sales Director to lead our growth strategy in Saudi Arabia and the surrounding region. This is a high-impact leadership position with the opportunity to shape the future of UltraSense Systems in the Middle East.
This role requires a seasoned leader with experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships in Saudi Arabia, preferably in high-tech or advanced manufacturing.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Saudi Arabia's technology ecosystem, regulatory environment, and business culture. They must be able to engage and influence senior decision-makers, from government stakeholders to enterprise customers.
A successful candidate will also have a strong track record of exceeding sales targets, scaling revenue, and executing successful go-to-market strategies. Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Expansion: Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth in Saudi Arabia and beyond.
- Sales Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing sales team, aligning strategies with corporate objectives.
- Customer Engagement: Identify, cultivate, and maintain relationships with major clients, government entities, and industry partners.
- Strategic Partnerships: Establish alliances with OEMs, technology integrators, and ecosystem players to accelerate market penetration.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution from initial engagement to commercialization.
