We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Revenue Development Executive to join our team. This role focuses on managing existing and new client relationships, driving revenue growth, and representing the company with professionalism and influence.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture client relationships to drive revenue growth.
- Identify, pursue, and close sales opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Deliver compelling presentations and negotiate effectively with clients.
- Represent the company in client meetings and industry events, maintaining a professional image.
- Perform cold calling, lead generation, and account management, ensuring a proactive approach to sales activities.
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of proven sales experience in consulting and/or training academies.
- Strong track record of closing deals.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- High emotional intelligence to manage and foster client relationships.
- Highly presentable with a persuasive personality.
- Presentable and capable of professionally representing the company to clients.
- Secondary: English (Average fluency sufficient for client handling)
