Job Description
The Saudi Petroleum Services Polytechnic is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales And Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic planning, market research, and relationship-building.
You will develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to expand our customer base and increase revenue streams. You will work closely with our team to identify new business opportunities and partnerships that align with our strategic goals.
To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a keen understanding of market trends and competitive landscapes. You will be able to translate complex ideas and value propositions to varied audiences, both within and outside the organization.

- Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to expand the customer base and increase revenue streams.
- Conduct market research and analysis to pinpoint emerging market segments, customer demands, and competitive differentiators.
- Negotiate contracts and leverage skills to secure advantageous deals and collaborations.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with critical clients, associates, and stakeholders.
- Identify and create strategic partnerships, collaborative initiatives, and alliances that enhance the company's spectrum of offerings.
