  • Ensure that all relevant materials are accessible to the right stakeholders at the right time.

Requirements:

  • Aconex certification.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in document control or project administrative roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Aconex and other document management systems.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and quality control standards.
