About the Role:

The Administrative Services Coordinator is responsible for supporting the administration department in medical insurances for Unified Building For Construction Employees. This role involves working with various stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Medical insurance coordination
  • Interdepartmental communication
  • Registration in government platforms
  • Account management in government systems

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Maintain Saudization targets
  • Execute HR tasks as requested by management

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in government websites and operations
  • Knowledge of Muqeem, GOSI, Qiwa, and related government programs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English
