We are seeking an experienced IT solutions business growth manager to join our team at TAT IT Technologies. As a business development professional, you will be responsible for growing revenue and profit for the organization by positioning products and solutions to create or identify needs with end customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business plans to deliver set objectives in a time-bound manner.
  • Built and strengthen relationships with resellers and vendors by working closely with them.
  • Achieve targets consistently - monthly, quarterly, and full year.
  • Develop partners relevant to the offerings and build awareness, traction, and capability in the partner community on the portfolio/solutions.

The ideal candidate will have at least 8 to 15 years of overall IT industry sales/Business development experience, with at least the last 5 years in Riyadh, and good knowledge of the KSA IT market.

Requirements
  • Credible track record and consistent sales target achievers.
  • Relationship with resellers, SIs, and end customers is essential.
  • An IT-related or Engineering tertiary qualification is preferred.
  • Certifications from solution providers/vendors relevant to the portfolio handled and independent certifications in the respective domains will be considered an advantage.
