Exhibition Representative

DaveAI is seeking a highly skilled Event Associate to join its team for a short-term contract role. As a representative of the company, the successful candidate will engage with visitors, demonstrate products, gather feedback, and create content. Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with Visitors:
- Greet and interact with booth visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide information about the company, products, and services.
- Encourage visitors to try product demonstrations and guide them through the process.
- Capture high-quality photos and videos of visitors interacting with the booth and products.
- Assist in collecting video testimonials and feedback from visitors.
- Ensure the booth is organized, presentable, and stocked with promotional materials.
- Distribute brochures and other marketing items to visitors.
- Record visitor details, inquiries, and significant feedback.
- Promote engagement by encouraging visitors to share their experience on social media (if applicable).
- Support the team with any additional booth activities.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Presentable appearance and professionalism to represent the brand effectively.
- Technical proficiency in using smartphones or cameras for photos, videos, and testimonials.
- Proactive attitude and ability to take initiative.
- Fluency in English (good knowledge of Arabic).
- Reliability and punctuality.
Compensation:
- A competitive salary between 700 to 1000 SAR.
- Lunch provided every day during the event.
- Certificate of Completion upon successful completion of the role.
