Job Overview
The Assistant HR Manager will play a key role in supporting the development of HR strategies, workforce plans, and budgets by following established HR practices and procedures. This includes providing HR services to manage personnel activities within the Sales Division and ensuring regions are provided with required services from other departments.

Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement workforce planning strategies to support business objectives
- Ensure workforce planning aligns with organizational goals
- Track and report budget utilization for staffing and workforce expenses
- Maintain an up-to-date workforce database
- Provide workforce insights and reports to support decision-making
- Develop contingency plans to address workforce gaps and manage workforce-related costs

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field
- Excellent command of spoken and written English language
- Minimum 8 years of experience in HR/Administration
- 4 years of experience at the managerial level
- SAP-HR Module or related HR Management System experience
- Previous experience in FMCG is preferred
- Strong management and leadership skills
