Afaf Q Tech General Trading is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Key Accounts Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Key Accounts Manager, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and development by identifying, prospecting, and recruiting high-potential sellers to our platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead Generation: Identify and prospect high-potential sellers through phone and email outreach.
  2. Pipeline Management: Effectively prioritize and manage a pipeline of sellers to consistently meet or exceed quarterly targets.
  3. Seller Support: Provide data-driven insights and advice to new sellers to optimize their success on our platform.
  4. Category Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of our categories to spot popular brands, trends, and seasonal items to tailor your pitch and advice to sellers.
  5. Results-Oriented: Prioritize your time optimally to achieve your targets in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 5+ years of sales or marketing experience.
  2. Inside Sales Experience: 5+ years of inside sales experience.
  3. Procurement Knowledge: Knowledge of procurement and source-to-pay methods at small and medium businesses.
  4. Influencing Skills: Experience influencing at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level.
  5. Sales Performance: Experience exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach.
