Responsibilities:

  1. Investigate technical problems and assist the Service Center in repairing and inspecting customer vehicles.
  2. Prepare field technical reports to be sent to Technical Service Operations and Warranty Administration (TSO&WA).
  3. Submit market product reports reflecting customer requirements and comparisons with competitors.
  4. Participate in local and regional new model conformity test drives and report results.

Qualifications:

  • Automotive Engineering knowledge.
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or associate's degree in an automotive-related field.
  • 3 to 5 years in the Automotive Industry.
  • Familiarity with technical report and market product report writing.
  • Familiarity with new vehicle testing and evaluation.
