We are seeking a skilled Airport Logistics Expert to join our team as a Junior Project Leader. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Senior Project Manager, contributing your expertise and drive to ensure successful oversight and execution of Baggage Handling Projects.
Responsibilities- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of Baggage Handling System Projects, ensuring timely completion and meeting quality standards.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers, internal stakeholders, and external partners, promoting open communication and cooperation.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments, identify mitigation strategies, and implement corrective actions to ensure project success.
- Mentor and train junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices within the organization.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or project management, preferably with PMP certification.
- At least 3 years of proven experience in project management, ideally within Material Handling/Airport industries as Project Leader/Coordinator or Manager.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and motivational abilities, with fluency in both Arabic and English languages.
- Strong critical thinking skills with a determined approach to managing challenging projects, proficiency in building and nurturing professional client relationships, and adaptability in an international & multicultural project-oriented environment.
