- Achieving individual and sub-dealer sales volume targets (wholesales and retails).
- Proactively driving sales through sub-dealer engagement.
- Identifying and implementing strategies to increase market share.
The role also involves strengthening relationships with sub-dealers, addressing concerns, and ensuring high satisfaction levels.
Additionally, the consultant will assist sub-dealers in setting and achieving sales targets, ensure efficient order placements and sales pipeline management, and monitor sales performance and identify improvement areas.
The Dealer Sales Consultant will work closely with internal teams, including Sales, Logistics, Marketing, Aftersales, CRM, Finance, and Government Affairs, to align sub-dealer operations with company strategy and support initiatives to enhance sub-dealer success.
