About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Development Manager to join our thriving team at CBS Comprehensive Business Services. In this key position, you will be responsible for driving business-to-business sales and delivering exceptional value to clients.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expansion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying their needs and preferences
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful solution implementation
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports, providing valuable insights to management
Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in a technology or service-oriented industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach
  • Proficient in CRM software and sales analytics tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment
