We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Senior Sales Manager for Business Development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in closing deals and working within the SME sector, with a focus on selling software solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining a sufficient and accurate pipeline of sales opportunities to ensure that sales goals are met. This will involve prospecting and penetrating a list of named accounts via professional prospecting and networking, directly with target accounts and via Microsoft account teams assigned to those accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Closing Deals: Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the sales pipeline, including forecasting and reporting to ensure accuracy and alignment with company goals.
  • Relationship Building: Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure retention and continued partnership.
  • Certifications: Obtain and maintain relevant certifications, such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 (AX/CRM) Sales certification(s), to stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
