  • Adopt and implement AlFursan Risk Management & Compliance policies, guidelines, and processes devised by the Holding in line with set Governance, Risk, and Compliance strategy, policies, and processes.
  • Design an ERM and Compliance ecosystem within AlFursan by focusing on processes (Risk management at every stage/level) and people (Risk Officers/Champions) to ensure risks are managed E2E promptly.
  • Identify, assess, treat, and report on risks per the standard set by Holding and the risk appetite to ensure that risks are mitigated.
  • Identify and deliver required training for employees and determine the required headcount/systems needed to operate the Risk & Compliance Management function at AlFursan level as necessary to ensure a risk-sensitive and compliance-sensitive/responsive culture.
  • Develop a compliance universe of all obligations that AlFursan needs to comply with (i.e., external laws and regulations, supplier T&Cs, and internal P&Ps) and risk-assess each obligation according to impact.
