Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Charge Nurse to join our team at Habsons Jobsup Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Medical Record Management: Accurately record patients' medical records and monitor vital signs to ensure timely and effective patient care.
  2. Nursing Staff Supervision: Supervise and mentor nursing staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet the highest standards of patient care.
  3. Administrative Coordination: Coordinate daily administrative duties, including schedules, nursing assignments, and patient care, to ensure seamless operations.
  4. Patient Admissions and Transfers: Oversee patient admissions, transfers, and discharges, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
  5. Staff Development: Mentor and train new staff members, providing ongoing support and guidance to ensure they meet the required standards.
  6. Medical Chart Review: Monitor medical charts and provide compassionate care and assistance to patients and families, ensuring their needs are met.
  7. Communication and Liaison: Liaise with doctors and administrators, communicating any protocol changes to staff and ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
  8. Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and record and maintain accurate reports.
  9. Crisis Management: Identify issues or emergencies and respond in a calm and efficient manner, ensuring the safety and well-being of patients and staff.
