Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Change Management Lead to join our team at Devoteam. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a change management framework that aligns with organizational goals and industry best practices.

The Change Management Lead will ensure that internal and external stakeholders follow the framework and assess compliance, taking corrective actions when needed. They will also direct the creation of clear, consistent messages and choose appropriate communication channels for stakeholders.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and project management abilities. The successful candidate will have experience in change management and be able to engage stakeholders in the change process.
