  2. Build solutions and provide technical guidance to customers to help them achieve their business goals.
  3. Develop trusting relationships with customers and understand their business needs and technical challenges.
  4. Drive technical discussions regarding incidents, trade-offs, and risk management with customers.
  5. Consult with a range of partners from developers through to C-suite executives to help customers achieve their business goals.
  6. Collaborate with our Solutions Architects, Business Developers, Professional Services Consultants, and Sales Account Managers to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  7. Proactively find opportunities for customers to gain additional value from our cloud services.
  8. Provide detailed reviews of service disruptions, metrics, and detailed prelaunch planning to customers.
  9. Be part of a wider Enterprise Support team and provide post-sales, consultative expertise to customers.
  10. Solve a variety of problems across different customers as they migrate their workloads to the cloud.
  11. Uplift customer capabilities by running workshops, brown bag sessions, and other training programs.

Requirements
  1. 15+ years of experience in a similar role as a Technical Account Manager, Consultant, Solutions Architect, Platform Engineer, Systems Engineer, Cloud Architect, Service Delivery Manager, etc.
  2. Expertise in three or more technical domains (e.g. system administration, networking, programming, dev ops, security, compute, storage, databases, big data, analytics, etc.).
  3. External customer-facing experience with the ability to clearly articulate to small and large audiences.
  4. Ability to juggle tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Written and spoken communication in English.
