Job Summary

Eminence Talent Group is seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our client-facing team, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with assigned client accounts, driving account growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute account plans outlining strategies for growth and retention.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts, collaborating with internal teams to drive revenue growth.
  • Proactively engage with clients, address their concerns, and provide personalized support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor account performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports to senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.
  • 5 years of proven experience in account management, with a track record of managing and growing client accounts.
  • Experience in delivering cloud technology and digital transformation solutions, specifically tailored for the Financial Services Industry (FSI).
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to effectively understand and address client needs.
