As a seasoned People Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience at Chalhoub Group. Key Responsibilities
  1. Define and Implement People Vision: Develop and execute a comprehensive people strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives, focusing on talent acquisition, development, and retention.

  6. Change Agent: Act as a catalyst for change, identifying opportunities to improve the employee experience and define the employee value proposition.
  7. Localization Strategy: Lead the development of initiatives aligned with the company's localization strategy.
  8. Policies and Procedures: Continuously assess and improve existing policies, procedures, and programs to enhance efficiencies and employee satisfaction.
  9. Employee Onboarding and Development: Design and execute brand-specific employee onboarding, training, and development programs to enhance the team's skills and awareness of behavioral, technical, and leadership competencies.
  10. Talent Acquisition and Performance Management: Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure internal and external recruiting strategies attract high-caliber candidates, and work with Group HR to implement the annual performance management cycle.
  11. Employee Engagement and Commission Schemes: Continuously review and monitor the effectiveness of employee commission schemes, making recommendations for change, and identify high-potential employees through employee profiling.
  12. Training and Development: Collaborate with the Learning team to assess training needs, providing relevant and inspiring training and development programs, and monitor the brand's training budget and individual learning consumption.
  13. HR Analytics: Use HR data to support reporting, action planning, and decision-making, making recommendations for change.
  14. Culture Transformation: Provide advice and guidance to leaders and managers on how to act as role models to create a positive and inspiring team climate.
  15. Diversity and Inclusion: Champion Group and brand-specific Diversity and Inclusion initiatives, focusing on culture change, nationalization, and employee wellbeing.
  16. Employee Engagement Surveys: Collaborate with the People Experience team to design employee engagement surveys, ensuring necessary action planning and improvement goals are met.
  17. Key Performance Indicators: Develop KPIs to track progress and improvements in employee engagement, ensuring continual improvement.
  18. Employee Communications: Manage all people and process-related employee communications, using My Chalhoub and other inspirational approaches to embed key messages.
  19. Manpower Planning: Lead/support annual manpower planning with Brand/Function Leaders, ensuring vacancies are managed in line with the approved budget and executed through the correct recruitment process.
  20. Role Assessments and Recommendations: Assess current roles and provide recommendations for new roles in coordination with Business Head and Vertical Head of People.
  21. Recruitment Process: Participate in the recruitment process through assessment centers or competency-based interviews.
  22. Employee Grievances: Ensure all escalated employees' grievances are closed.
