Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled User Experience Researcher to join our team at UX Labs. As a User Experience Researcher, you will play a critical role in uncovering valuable user insights that inform our design decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • User Research
    • Conduct comprehensive user research using a range of methodologies, including user interviews, usability testing, surveys, and focus groups.
    • Assist in planning and conducting user research activities tailored to each project's objectives.
    • Aid in recruiting participants for research studies and coordinating research sessions.
  • Data Collection and Analysis
    • Assist in collecting qualitative and quantitative data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
    • Help with organizing and synthesizing research findings, contributing to the analysis process.
  • Report and Documentation
    • Assist in documenting research methodologies, findings, and insights.
    • Contribute to the creation of clear and concise research reports and presentations.
    • Prepare research reports, presentations, and other deliverables for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Communication
    • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, providing updates on research progress and findings.
    • Present research findings and recommendations clearly and persuasively, both orally and in writing.
  • Support The Research Team
    • Assist our UX Research team in our projects by helping with research tasks and providing support as needed.
    • Learn from experienced researchers and seek guidance to enhance your research skills and expertise.

Requirements

  • Strong passion for user research and UX design.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Have a base theoretical knowledge of: Usability Testing, User Interview, Expert Review, Personas, and User Journey.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Knowledgeable of the key UX research tools and software, such as usability testing software, survey platforms, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Acquired or successfully passed Related UX Courses, Certificates.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Anthropology, or a similar discipline) or an equivalent years or expertise in the field.
