Job Description

The Regional Sales Director will lead the charge in driving growth and expanding market presence in the Central and Eastern Provinces. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Sales & Profitability Management: Manage sales and profitability for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics in the Central and Eastern Provinces, ensuring alignment with the Saudi STRAT plan.
  2. Growth Opportunities: Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities in products, market segments, and customer bases.
  3. Team Management: Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve excellence.
  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including marketing, application teams, and strategic partnerships, to drive business objectives.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need a strong understanding of the diagnostic business models and a proven track record as a results-driven sales professional in the diagnostics/laboratory industry.
