Enterprise Sales Director

At HRsource, we are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Sales Director to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the GCC region. As a key member of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets while building and nurturing relationships with mobile ecosystem partners.
About the RoleThis is an exceptional opportunity for a results-driven professional to make a significant impact in a high-energy environment. You will leverage your consultative sales approach to understand customer needs and present tailored SaaS solutions, manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, and lead contract negotiations and close deals confidently.
Key Responsibilities- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets in the GCC region.
- Build and nurture relationships with mobile ecosystem partners to increase platform visibility and market share.
- Use a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs and present tailored SaaS solutions.
- Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with accurate forecasts and reporting.
- Lead contract negotiations and close deals confidently.
- 5-10 years of proven sales experience in SaaS, technology, or mobile advertising.
- Established network within the marketing technology and mobile advertising sectors.
- Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and selling skills.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a collaborative environment.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
