The role involves working closely with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences. You'll provide expert advice and guidance on property buying, selling, and investment opportunities, ensuring that our clients achieve their goals.

Your responsibilities will include:

Sales Performance
  1. Sell residential and commercial properties from our inventory.
  2. Conduct property showings, provide information, and negotiate offers on behalf of clients.
Client Engagement
  1. Engage with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
  2. Offer professional advice and guidance on property buying, selling, and investment opportunities.
Business Development
  1. Generate and follow up on leads to expand the client base.
  2. Develop and maintain a strong professional network to foster business opportunities.
Market Intelligence
  1. Stay well-informed about market trends, property values, and competitive offerings.
  2. Provide clients with accurate and up-to-date market information.
Demonstrations and Site Visits
  1. Conduct property demonstrations and arrange site visits for clients to help them visualize their potential investment.
Deal Closure and Support
  1. Facilitate the timely closure of property deals, ensuring all necessary documentation and processes are completed.
Requirements and Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree.
  2. Ideally, possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales.
  3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  4. Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
  6. Exhibits a strong passion for sales and delivering exceptional customer service.
