Head of Sales and Marketing

We are seeking a results-driven Chief Sales Officer to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth at MINDFREE Consulting | Insurance Talent Hub.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales management, sales strategy development, and team leadership, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and increasing revenue.
Responsibilities
- Manage the sales team to ensure sales targets are met, develop and implement sales strategies and plans to increase market share and achieve growth.
- Analyze the market and customers to identify opportunities and tailor strategies accordingly, monitor and analyze sales performance to ensure targets are achieved.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies with company goals, provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance, challenges, and opportunities.
- Set clear performance standards and monitor them regularly, lead team meetings to motivate members and discuss goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Proven track record of meeting sales targets and increasing revenue.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team, excellent analytical skills to understand the market and customers, high-level communication and negotiation skills, proficiency in both Arabic and English.
