The Role:

We are looking for a seasoned sales expert to lead our B2B sales efforts. This individual will be responsible for developing a sales strategy, hiring a team, and driving sales growth. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and expand our customer base.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive sales strategy to drive growth and expansion in the B2B market.
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team to achieve aggressive revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the corporate sector.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and prioritize tasks effectively.
