About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned sales leader to shape the future of Carly's growth by developing and executing sales strategies that align with our mission. As the Vice President of Sales, you will be responsible for overseeing all sales activities, building a high-performing sales team, and establishing lasting relationships with key stakeholders in the automotive industry.

  • Sales Strategy & Leadership:
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market share for Carly.
    • Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
    • Establish and track KPIs to monitor sales performance and team effectiveness.
    • Collaborate closely with the executive team to align sales efforts with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for a dynamic sales professional who has extensive experience in senior sales roles, ideally in the automotive, e-commerce, or tech industry. The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing and executing sales strategies for fast-growing startups, excellent leadership and team management skills, and a demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and market expansion.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A proven track record of success in senior sales roles, with a minimum of 8 years of experience.
  • Expertise in developing and executing sales strategies for fast-growing startups.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Data-driven mindset, with experience leveraging CRM tools and sales analytics platforms.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
