About the Role

The Brand Marketing Director will lead the vertical marketing efforts for our large-scale music festivals & events, as well as our hospitality offerings and beyond. This role will play a key part in developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives for each business unit to promote our festivals, build our hospitality and venues marketing and enhance overall brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Execute Comprehensive Marketing Plans: Drive ticket sales and attendance for our music festivals and live events, our venues and hospitality offering and our music & radio business.
  2. Collaborate with Internal and External Teams: Create engaging marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience for each business unit.
  3. Manage Festival Brand Image: Ensure consistency across all marketing materials and channels, and champion audience insights and target group relevance.
  4. Analyse Market Trends and Consumer Behaviour: Identify opportunities for growth and innovation across the entertainment industry in the region and beyond.
  5. Track and Report on Marketing Campaigns: Make data-driven decisions to optimise results as well as budget per business unit.
  6. Develop and Enforce Marketing Systems and Policies: Ensure cross departmental integration of these marketing standards.
  7. Establish Strategic Goals: Gather pertinent business, financial, service, and operations information.
  8. Manage and Develop a Talented Team: Shape our brand's narrative, and design & drive innovation in our brand marketing strategies.
Requirements
  1. 12-15 Years Experience: Developing and executing brand marketing strategies within the entertainment & hospitality industry across the Middle East.
  2. Demonstrated Success: Creating innovative marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and audience engagement.
  3. Strong Understanding of the Music Industry: With a passion for music festivals.
  4. Experience in Budget Management: Delivering results effectively.
  5. Collaboration and Communication Skills: Ability to present ideas effectively and influence stakeholders.
  6. Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data and insights to optimise marketing strategies.
  7. Strong Leadership Skills: Ability to manage a team and collaborate effectively with cross-functional departments.
