Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our Key Account Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key accounts, driving sales growth, and building strong relationships with clients in the construction equipment industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
  • Provide product knowledge and demonstrations to clients, showcasing the benefits of our construction equipment.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and support for clients.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar sales role within the construction equipment industry.
  • At least 2-3 years of work experience in Saudi Arabia.
  • Proven outdoor sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Basic Arabic language skills (understanding and speaking) are required for the Western Region.
  • Strong knowledge of construction equipment and its applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel as needed within the assigned territory.
