As an Optometrist at Chalhoub Group, you will be part of a dynamic team that delivers total satisfaction to our customers through thorough eye examinations and aftercare. Your expertise will help identify customer needs and recommend eyewear and eye care solutions, ensuring every interaction is a memorable one.

You will also serve as an ambassador for RETAIL BANNER, welcoming customers into the store and exceeding their expectations throughout the customer experience. Your role will encompass almost all store functions, including opening and closing, merchandising, and selling.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, demonstrating a high degree of professionalism
  • Coach assistants to consistently deliver effective selling behaviours resulting in high customer engagement
  • Examine eyes of patients of all ages in accordance with local guidelines
  • Issue prescriptions for spectacles or contact lenses (if available)
  • Offer guidance and advice for patients selecting frames and lenses
  • Liaise with other medical practitioners
  • Meet sales targets regarding the sale of spectacles and contact lenses
