Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Head of Marketing and/or Senior Marketing Manager in the management of our product portfolio, including commercialization, market growth, and profitability tracking.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Portfolio Management: Support the management of our product portfolio, including existing and new products, to drive commercialization, market growth, and profitability.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the Head of Marketing and/or Senior Marketing Manager to develop and implement product and pricing strategies.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze consumer and shopper insights, competitive trends, and key portfolio benefits to inform product positioning and marketing strategies.
  • Product Launches: Co-lead product category or new product launches to drive business growth and market share.
  • Customer Engagement: Support Key Account Management (KAM) with dedicated customer activities to build strong relationships and drive business results.
  • Project Participation: Participate in local and international functional or cross-functional projects to drive business growth and innovation.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree in Business Administration or Marketing; MBA preferred.
  • Experience: Entry position with up to 3 years of job experience in the field of Marketing.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; other marketing software tools beneficial.
  • Language Skills: Good English skills required (written and oral); other languages beneficial.
  • Soft Skills: Agile learner with the ability to think and act holistically and critically; strong interpersonal skills; team player with the ability to work in cross-functional teams and international environments.
