Role Overview

Americana Foods is a rapidly growing food manufacturer and distributor seeking a skilled Regional Channel Manager to drive growth in the food service sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing regional strategies to increase sales, enhance brand presence, and strengthen relationships with key partners and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve regional targets and sales performance in the region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key and major food service clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to optimize sales performance, enhance brand presence, and ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Lead and develop the regional sales team.

Requirements:

  • 5–10 years of experience preferably in consumer products, food service sales, distribution, or channel management.
  • Experience working with HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, and Catering) channels.
  • Proven track record in meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth through channel partnerships.
