As a Director of Public Relations, you will play a key role in developing and executing a comprehensive public relations strategy that supports the company's business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and Execute Public Relations Strategy: You will be responsible for developing and executing a public relations strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives and enhances its reputation.
  2. Manage Image and Reputation: You will be responsible for managing the company's image and reputation, including media relations, crisis communications, and issue management.
  3. Oversee Social Media: You will be responsible for overseeing the company's social media presence and developing a social media strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives.
  4. Implement Digital Marketing Strategy: You will be responsible for implementing a digital marketing strategy that supports the company's business objectives and enhances its online presence.
  5. Assist with Marketing and Promotions: You will be responsible for assisting with marketing and promotions efforts, including event planning and execution.
  6. Engage in Media Relations: You will be responsible for engaging with media outlets and developing relationships with key media contacts.
  7. Organize Photo and Video Shoots: You will be responsible for organizing photo and video shoots to support the company's marketing and public relations efforts.
  8. Oversee Community Relations and CSR Initiatives: You will be responsible for overseeing community relations and CSR initiatives, including philanthropic efforts and community outreach programs.
  9. Act as a Strategic Communications Advisor: You will be responsible for serving as a strategic communications advisor to the company's leadership team and providing counsel on communications-related matters.
  10. Ensure Web Presence: You will be responsible for ensuring that the company's web presence is aligned with its brand positioning and business objectives.

Requirements:

We are looking for a talented individual with a strong background in public relations and communications. The ideal candidate will have:

Strong Media Relations Skills: You will have a strong understanding of media relations and be able to develop and execute a media relations strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives.

Excellent Communication Skills: You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Strong Analytical Skills: You will have strong analytical skills and be able to analyze data and develop insights that inform the company's public relations strategy.

Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: You will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.

Fluency in Arabic and English: You will be fluent in Arabic and English and be able to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders in both languages.
