As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for establishing trusted advisor relationships with high-value customers, driving early and sustained adoption of our solutions, and identifying growth opportunities for our AI products.

About This Role

This position requires someone with a strong understanding of SaaS business models and the ability to support complex enterprise customers in achieving measurable value.

  • Build Strategic Relationships: Establish trusted advisor relationships with high-value customers at the C-suite and executive level, guiding them to optimize the use of our platform.

  • Develop and Execute Adoption Strategies: Collaborate with customers and internal teams to develop and execute adoption strategies for high-value accounts, focusing on AI products, change management, and package fulfillment.

  • Minimize Churn and Revenue Contraction: Proactively identify risks, escalate issues, and implement mitigation strategies with the account team to minimize churn and revenue contraction.

  • Serve as a Thought Leader: Share insights and expertise to benefit customers and the broader Solutions team.

What Skills Do You Need?

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in customer-facing roles such as customer success, account management, or strategic consulting, preferably in SaaS or consumption-based technology companies.

  • A strong understanding of SaaS business models and the ability to support complex enterprise customers in achieving measurable value.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex problems clearly to different audiences.

  • A self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset, and a strong team player.
