About the Job

We are looking for an experienced Strategic Account Manager to join our team and drive customer success across a portfolio of our largest and most strategic accounts.

In this role, you will work closely with customers to understand their business objectives and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs. You will also be responsible for building long-term relationships with these customers, ensuring they realize maximum value from Seclore solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple client relationships, prioritizing opportunities for upsell/cross-sell and renewals.
  • Serve as a liaison between customers and internal Seclore teams, ensuring seamless communication and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Develop and execute customized account plans to drive customer success and growth.
  • Continuously assess customer progress toward stated goals and objectives, driving results in adoption, usage, business value, friction, and overall relationship.

Requirements

  1. 7+ years of experience in handling end-to-end customer relationships, preferably in the SaaS industry.
  2. Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships and delivering results, with a strong consulting background.
  3. Exceptional problem-solving skills, ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, and expertise in selling business cases to customer teams.
