As a Presales Engineer at Rewaa, you will be a key member of our sales team, working closely with our Account Managers to understand customer requirements and provide technical support during the sales process. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping our customers navigate the complexities of our ERP solutions and identify the best fit for their business needs.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical support during pre-sales discussions.
- Conduct in-depth demonstrations of our ERP applications tailored to prospects' business processes.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their business needs and demonstrate how our ERP suite of applications can provide value.
- Liaise between the customer and our ERP technical teams to ensure that customer requirements are accurately captured and met.
- Address any technical questions or concerns that arise during the sales process.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations that explain our products or services to customers and prospective customers.
- Convey customer feedback to our product development team regarding potential product enhancements or new products.
- Keep up-to-date on our ERP product releases and updates, as well as general ERP industry trends.
- Help clients understand the best mix of our ERP applications and configure them according to their needs.
- Provide post-sales support when necessary to ensure the customer's technical requirements are met.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven work experience as a Sales Engineer or Technical Sales Representative.
- Minimum 2 Years working in ERP company.
- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
- Knowledge of ERP systems.
- Excellent presentation and creativity skills.
- Ability to build strong customer relationships at various levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to conceptualize workflow solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
