Key Responsibilities
  • Organizational Assessments: Conduct comprehensive assessments and workshops with the senior leadership of ADC to assess the organization's current structure, culture, systems, and processes. This involves reviewing data, conducting surveys and interviews with stakeholders, and analyzing results to identify areas for improvement.
  • Organization Design: Provide direction to business and HR stakeholders on Organizational Design & structures, aligned to job families, job design, evaluation, and benchmarking. Ensure integration and alignment between different functions, departments, and business units within the organization to optimize collaboration, communication, and synergy while designing the organization structure.
  • Job Design & Evaluation: Responsible for developing the methodology, principles, and processes for job creation, job evaluation, organizational structure design, and organizational change. This includes the method for job design, job evaluation, job grading, and maintaining the job matrix of the organization to ensure internal equity is maintained.
  • Organization Design Activation: Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to facilitate smooth transitions to new organization structure formats, manage resistance, and foster a culture of change readiness and adaptability.
  • Organization Design Adoption: Develop training programs and resources to support employees in understanding and adapting to the new organization structure, including clarifying roles, expectations, and career paths.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in organizational psychology, organizational development, HR, or business administration preferred. Specialization or coursework in Organizational Behavior, Organization Design, or Organization Effectiveness is preferred.
  • At least 10 years of prior experience of working in the HR department with at least 2-3 years of proven experience in delivering major Organization Design and Effectiveness programs/initiatives in large, complex organizations and organization development, including the creation of organization structures, job role design and development, job evaluation, and organization data management roles.
