Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Senior Sales Account Manager to join our CISCO team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining account plans to drive sales growth.

About the Role
  1. Develop and implement account plans to achieve sales targets.
  2. BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH PARTNERS AT ALL LEVELS, INCLUDING SENIOR EXECUTIVES.
  3. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to recruit and develop new partners.
  4. Collaborate with the Cisco Partners Business Managers' Team to execute promotional activities and drive sales growth.
  5. Achieve assigned quota for CISCO products and services.
  6. Manage credit lines with partners and liaise with vendor and partner sales teams to close deals.
  7. Provide accurate forecasts of deals and share feedback on a weekly basis.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's Degree.
  2. CISCO specific or other related vendor/industry certification is desirable.
  3. Minimum 3-5 years of selling experience at an Information Technology distribution level.
  4. Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
  5. Proficient in MS Office.
  6. Ability to handle multiple partners simultaneously with high quotas.
  7. Experience in selling to partners in complex environments.
  8. Solid understanding of the IT industry, competing vendors, and the channel.
