Senior Sales Account Manager-

Job Description

Responsible for a sales target for their Market Unit across designated Territory / Account(s) and a strategy target to bring-in leads for all LoBs across assigned account(s) as per the sales/ market strategy.

Responsibilities:

  1. Build and manage strategic relationships with customers' key stakeholders.
  2. Position GizaSystems solutions and services in a business-effective manner with value-added propositions to customers and prospects.
  3. Identify leads and opportunities for all LoBs across their assigned account(s) / Territory to achieve sales targets.
  4. Build new client relations and bring-in new client accounts, in coordination with sales and presales management.
  5. Develop and maintain business growth plans in-line with customers' business plans as well as Giza Systems strategy.
  6. Manage customers' communications, relations, and channels.
  7. Implement and assure the account strategy, with YoY growth targets.
  8. Provide sales and marketing support with business understanding & market dynamics.
  9. Identify, develop & win new deals within focused strategy domains.
  10. Bridge the gap between customers' demands and internal/backend teams.
  11. Prepare and maintain a complete view of information ready for reporting at all times.
  12. Provide sufficient insights to support and participate in bidding decisions.
  13. Maintain the relevant internal systems data up-to-date with all required info.
  14. Follow-up with Country Operations Manager "COM" and PMs to monitor the progress of projects.
  15. Follow-up on client proposals and monitor orders processing and collections.
  16. Undertake price negotiations with suppliers when needed.
  17. Drive business opportunities E2E from lead generation to closing, handover to delivery, and post-sales support in terms of up-selling and cross-selling.
  18. Work with the sales management and presales teams to ensure that appropriate market & pricing strategies are developed for the account.
  19. Conduct regular customer meetings to ensure that all projects are running smoothly.
  20. Adopt organizational processes relevant to sales roles & responsibilities and efficient compatibility to customer purchasing processes.
  21. Ensure the ongoing development of industry/market-related knowledge by supporting & contributing to virtual Special Interest Groups (SIGs), e.g. TMF, Gartner, etc.
  22. Conduct knowledge sharing, business planning and account management sessions with internal stakeholders assuring timely visibility of account insights towards relevant team(s).

Technical Skills

  • Experience in Telecom solutions selling & systems integration value propositions.
  • Knowledgeable of Telecom services, technologies, business drivers, key players & market dynamics.
  • Strong access in Telco in KSA.
  • Proven track record of successful solutions sales and customer management.
  • Solid background in digital transformation programs and market trends in Telecom & Enterprise solutions domains.
  • Understanding of technology landscape and trends within the relevant sectors/domains, e.g. IoT, Data Analytics, BSS/OSS Automation, Cyber Security, digital services, and 5G.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Software Solutions Sales with a focus on the Telco industry.

Education

  • BSC of Engineering with a Specialization in Electronics, Communication or Electrical Engineering.
