ZAK Saudi Arabia is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in managing key accounts, building strong client relationships, and driving business growth. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction while working closely with the sales team to achieve strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand market presence.
  • Negotiate and close contracts to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide tailored solutions that align with customer needs and business objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and report insights to senior management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and account management, preferably in the IT or technology sector.
  • Proven ability to manage and grow client relationships effectively.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and sales skills with a results-oriented approach.
  • Experience in delivering persuasive presentations and proposals to clients.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple accounts efficiently.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
