About the Role:

This is a field-based position supporting the entire KSA region, requiring frequent travel. As an Assistant Service Manager, you will manage service, warranty, spare parts business, and retrofit sales, serving as the primary point of contact for our air and water distributors.

Key Accountabilities:

  1. Provide product technical support to both air and water distributors in KSA regarding the proper application, installation, operation, and service of Rheem products.
  2. Track emerging product failure trends based on feedback from external customers and notify management when appropriate.
  3. Develop and implement sales plans for the aftermarket business to ensure the achievement of sales and margin objectives.
  4. Assist customers with their issues promptly and effectively to ensure a positive customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
  • 7+ years of experience in Managing service operations, troubleshooting and repairing HVACR and water heating systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively.
