Sales & Business Development
- Identify and execute revenue-generating opportunities, leveraging the bank's full product suite.
- Work with relationship managers to develop and pitch customized financial solutions.
- Oversee pricing, contract negotiations, RFPs, and strategic client initiatives.
- Ensure best-in-class client experience by optimizing interactions across operations, risk, IT, and compliance.
- Manage onboarding, due diligence, and regulatory requirements for new and existing clients.
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive service enhancements and operational improvements.
- Partner with global teams to coordinate multi-market service delivery.
- Drive internal initiatives that enhance client experience, risk management, and service innovation.
- Be the voice of the client, advocating for enhancements in technology and operational efficiency.
