**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Management Supervisor to join our team at TAT IT Technologies. As a Facilities Management Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our shopping centre.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving set goals.
  • Manage facilities management services, including contractor and vendor supervision.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with tenants, promoting effective mall operations and growth opportunities.
  • Coordinate tenant fit-out works, ensuring compliance with building regulations.
  • Control budgets for expenses, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Implement health, safety, and environmental policies, adhering to industry best practices.
  • Monitor shuttle bus services and evaluate project progress, quality control, and contract compliance.
  • Review and maintain records related to mall structure, mechanical, and electrical maintenance.
  • Adhere to planned preventative maintenance schedules.
  • Ensure all statutory obligations and industry standards are met.
  • Assist in budget preparation and expenditure management.
  • Oversee maintenance schedules for overall structure and machinery, maintaining accurate records.
  • Participate in emergency planning and business continuity planning, ensuring optimum effectiveness.
  • Complete accident and incident reporting, including insurance and statutory forms.
  • Effectively manage utility consumption and costs.
  • Comply with the insurer's requirements.
  • Prepare operational reports as required.
  • Maintain accurate records of health, safety, and environmental compliance.
  • Support the development of an induction program for new tenants.
  • Evaluate performance of contractors, proposing improvement measures.
  • Perform additional duties assigned by your superior or senior management.
  • Survey work problems, taking required actions to resolve them promptly.
  • FOLLOW up on required specifications of new tenants to meet their deadline dates.
  • Inspect shops to ensure they match the mall style and atmosphere.
  • Assess and report on mall equipment and assets.
  • Supervise housekeeping operations.
  • Evaluate bids and negotiate contracts for services and equipment.
  • Prepare a budget for mall operation and maintenance expenses.
  • Awareness of building management systems and technical operations, marketing, and leasing duties.
  • Liaise with tenants to understand their marketing and advertising plans.
  • Contribute to planning and executing marketing events and campaigns.
  • Analyze customer feedback surveys about mall activities, facilities, and events.

Requirements:

  • Possess a minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies, Business Administration, or Management.
  • At least 4 years' experience in mall operations or with shopping mall experience.
