Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Medical Representative to join our team at Antal International. As a Medical Representative, you will be responsible for achieving or exceeding sales targets through existing and potential customers, focusing on personal sales targets, maintaining customer relationships, and troubleshooting specific customer problems.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a territory sales plan in accordance with regional sales strategy and supervisor approval.
  • Monitor territory's sales performance and initiate corrective actions to ensure performance is in line with objectives and forecasted results.
  • Facilitate the introduction of newly launched and key products to clients.
  • Perform effective territory management in relation to client targeting, frequency, message, and programs.
  • Stay aware of market/competitors activity to identify territory business opportunities.
  • Develop a Territory Business Plan based on an agreed action plan and request resources for optimal sales impact.
  • Participate in promotional activity programs to increase product awareness in the market.
  • Deliver presentations to doctors, practice staff, nurses, and pharmacists.
  • Deliver key promotional messages within approved detail aids and in line with agreed action plan.
  • Organize conferences for doctors and other medical staff.
  • Update territory customer segmentation classification, database, and call records continuously.
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with medical staff and supporting administration staff.
  • Submit Daily Coverage Reports (CRM) and Monthly reports commenting on deviations from Business Plan and intended actions to align performance with objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical data supplied by the company and interpret, present, and discuss this data with health professionals during presentations.
  • Initiate the appropriate sales, detailing activities to support all market access & enlisting activities of existing and new products in the designated territory/HCOs at both private and governmental sectors.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or other Health and Life Sciences.
  • 1 – 2 years of experience as Medical Representative (preferable in a Multinational Organization).
  • Background in Dermatology is preferable.
  • Excellent communication techniques at a high level in a broad range of non-routine situations and to a variety of audiences.
