Real World Evidence Strategist

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Real-World Evidence (RWE) initiatives in Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our Medical Affairs team, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and applying RWE strategies to support product development, market access, and clinical decision-making.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in clinical trials, RWE, and/or health economics and outcomes research. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the overall RWE strategy for KSA, ensuring alignment with corporate regional objectives.
  • Lead and oversee the generation of local RWE through observational studies, database analyses, patient registries, and other relevant methodologies.
  • Ensure that RWE insights are incorporated into value propositions, health technology assessments (HTAs), and reimbursement submissions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure RWE strategies are integrated into broader market access and commercialization plans.
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferably in a scientific or health-related field (life sciences, public health, epidemiology, biostatistics, or a related field).
  • At least 5 years' experience in clinical trials, RWE, and/or knowledge in HEOR and RWE in Saudi Arabia.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence individuals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and present actionable insights.
