About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Support Specialist to join our team at Etihad Airways. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales activities to ensure all Company sales are conducted in the most effective and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Reporting and Analysis: Consolidate, compile, and develop reports to ensure delivery of timely and accurate information on sales trends.
  2. Customer Support: Provide sales force with relevant customer information to ensure timely and efficient customer handling.
  3. Business Insights: Perform analyses on sales trends and performance to support in the design of business scenarios.
  4. Reporting and Presentations: Support the sales force in preparing standard reports, to ensure relevant information is provided for effective decision making.
  5. Customer Enquiries: Receive, analyze, and respond to customer enquiries regarding Company sales goods and services to ensure the client needs are met in the most effective and timely manner.
  6. Data Management: Receive, record, and issue sales data according to established policies and procedures to ensure data accuracy and execution of transactions according to contractual Terms and Conditions.
  7. Customer Information: Gather, review, and update customer information to ensure the accuracy of master data.
  8. Promotional Database: Maintain promotional database by entering promotion details, regular and special prices, and promotions to provide updated information to sales force and ensure consistency of offered promotions.
  9. Order and Sales Management: Enter order and sales in the company's system to ensure the delivery of the right product and services at the correct price and with the proper discount level.
  10. Account Management: Working with the account team and sales engagement, plan, implement, and engage our accounts through education workshops and other engagement tools or events as the Etihad expert in distribution and our policies and processes.
  11. Content Creation: Prepare and provide relevant content, data, and sales presentations to our account teams in line with the Etihad value proposition.
Requirements
  1. Education: Minimum Diploma (2 years or more).
  2. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of work experience within a relevant field.
