We are seeking a highly motivated Total Rewards Manager to join our team at Keeta. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive compensation and benefits strategy for the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.

Key Responsibilities

**Benefits Management & Policy Development**

  • You will design and enhance employee benefits programs to align with industry standards and local regulations.
  • Conduct vendor negotiations and contract management to optimize benefits offerings across different MENA countries.
  • Evaluate and improve the overall benefits package to ensure it remains competitive and aligned with business objectives.
  • Drive employee engagement and awareness by effectively communicating total benefit programs.
  • Conduct periodic benefits utilization analysis to assess program effectiveness and propose enhancements.

**Compensation Strategy & Benchmarking**

  • You will develop and implement a competitive compensation framework tailored to MENA markets.
  • Conduct market benchmarking and pay structure analysis to ensure salaries remain competitive and aligned with business needs.

**Governance & Compliance**

  • You must ensure all compensation and benefits policies comply with local employment laws and company guidelines.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes in employment, taxation, and social security laws across MENA.
  • Provide expert guidance to HR business partners and senior leaders on total rewards strategies.

**Requirements & Experience**

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in total rewards, compensation, and benefits, preferably in a multinational company.
  • Strong knowledge of MENA labor laws, tax regulations, and market trends related to total rewards.
  • Experience with market benchmarking tools (e.g., Mercer, Willis Towers Watson).
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Experience in leading regional projects and managing vendor relationships is a plus.
