You will be responsible for reviewing and assessing facade design proposals for compliance with local building codes and standards.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Collaborating with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate facade systems seamlessly into overall building designs.
  • Conducting thorough inspections during construction to verify that facade elements are installed correctly.
  • Addressing any design discrepancies or issues promptly to maintain quality.
  • Preparing technical reports, documentation, and progress updates related to facade design and construction.
  • Reviewing all contractor received documents during project execution (e.g. Shop drawings, material submittals, calculations, etc.).
  • Communicating effectively with project managers and other team members.
  • Staying informed about industry trends, materials, and innovative facade solutions.
  • Engaging with clients to understand their requirements and expectations.
  • Providing technical guidance and recommendations based on best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in facade design or construction supervision.
  • Proficiency in relevant design software and tools.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
